This drawing experiment challenged the graphic beauty of Digital Project’s beloved Voronoi algorithm. Using the logic of the soap bubble structure where radial pressure is exerted from a center point until it collides with an adjacent bubbles, this script break the boundaries of each module and instead maps the intersections of each expanding cell. The resultant intersections are then graphically output in gradients that express their explosive paths. Drawn from the well-known Voronoi algorithm a new pattern emerges with no traces of its stale origin. Instead, a composition of colorful fireworks display the algorithm simply as a generator of visual bliss and meaningless awe.
